Our Service
We are a client introduction service, we discuss conveyancing options and prices with all of our clients and, on the basis of the information and circumstances of the client, we will recommend a particular Solicitors Firm which best suits our clients needs. We charge the client a fee for this service, payable, by the client to ourselves, if the conveyancing transaction proceeds . All fee discussions with the clients are Fee Estimates and not Fee Quotations, as such, the final Conveyancing Costs to the client may differ should additional matters be discovered during the Conveyancing process.
